Avante Cars is an all and all great garage with genuine and honest staff who are always ready to go the extra mile for their customers. As I live far away and had missed my bus, one of the mechanics, Graeme, a very friendly chap with a keen knowledge on cars, offered me a lift back to the nearest station where I could then take the train back to Paisley, and I really appreciate him for that too. In the end, due to my own circumstances, I was not able to purchase the car (sorry John and Graeme), but I still received an excellent customer service throughout and am thoroughly impressed! It's definitely one of the best, if not the best, garage that I have come across and I would recommend it with all my heart.

Bought a Peugeot 207 off John, who seems to be one of the remaining decent 2nd hand car dealers around. The battery went on it 3 weeks into my purchase, phoned John, and he took it in the next day. He had it looked over and had a new battery fitted before sending it back to me. Seemed a decent guy when I bought the car, proved he is today, would recommend to anyone looking for a decent 2nd hand car and an honest salesman go to him. And I love my wee Peugeot, right wee gem it is.

Searched everywhere for automatic car for our daughter after she had crash had previous bad experiences of garages selling you faulty and non road worthy cars met with John and can honestly say I would definitely recommend anyone looking for a car to go here first definitely will be the first place I'd go again to purchase a car outstanding service from start to finish and also a big thanks to Graham for dropping car off outstanding guys thanks again and see you again when time for new car

Amazing experience with Avante cars when buying my first car. John helped me through the entire process and even sorted a few bits n bobs on the car for me when he noticed them. When first viewing my car we noticed a pretty big scratch on the driver side which John happily sorted for me with a respray and now you couldn't tell there was a scratch to begin with. Bought my van off John at Avante cars, had a few minor issues with it and I had taken it back. My experience with Avante cars was excellent. The salesman was very helpful and there was no pressure whatsoever. I bought a VW Passat with which I'm extremely happy with and nothing was too much trouble. I was given a more than fair trade in price for my Volvo V50 and picked up my new car within 2 days of viewing. Would most definitely recommend Avante cars and use them again.

Got a 2005 peugeot 307, with a low mileage just under 3 weeks ago, it's been a great runner so far ☺️. I really needed a car quickly as the previous car I had (which I'd only had for a few weeks) was crashed into the back of, and insurance wrote it of as a total loss.

John put the peugeot through for MOT and it initially failed, however he got everything fixed and put it back through so I've got a years MOT. He was a lovely guy to deal with, not at all pushy, and kept me in the loop with updates about how the car was coming along. Would definitely recommend giving here a try 👍

Bought a used car for my son first car about a month ago and had a small issues with it but Avante garage was trying their best to sort it out for us which I feel good about this garage.John is a honest and relax salesman and the mechanic Graham has been very helpful and polite also explained very well to me about the problems and we are very appreciated they way they run the business as they do take care of their customers unless you have asked more than what it should be done or beyond they can reach. Will be back in the future as we feel safe to buy car in here and we have been treated as the way it should be.
